Dear....

From Wired:

A 54-year-old naturalized American citizen told ABC News he's "extremely upset" after receiving a credit-card solicitation letter addressed to "Palestinian Bomber." Those words appear above his address, and the letter's salutation reads, "Dear Palestinian Bomber." Fumed Sami Habbas, "It's upsetting, derogatory and slanderous." To add insult to injury, when Habbas called an 800 number for JPMorgan Chase to report the problem, several operators responded, after pulling up his info, "Yes, Mr. Palestinian Bomber, how can we help you?" Habbas, who is of Palestinian heritage, has lived in the United States for 51 years and served in the U.S. Army, receiving an honorable discharge in 1969. Chase blames the incident on information in a list purchased from a third-party vendor, and has apologized and vowed to improve its screening procedures.
